I am a UX Designer based in Edmonton, Ab. I earned my Bachelor of Design with Distinction from MacEwan University.
Currently, I work in a legal tech company, and am a freelance web designer & consultant. I work with small businesses to elevate their online presence.
In January of 2022 I joined a web-app project led by faculty at MacEwan University called Dominarlo. As a Lead Designer, I oversaw a team of design students that collaborated with a team of developers and communications students. Together, we developed a unique product for business and commerce post-secondary students.
Additionally, I have over ten years of experience in hospitality. This experience ultimately led to my decision to create a new point-of-sale system called Mesa as my capstone project in university. This application is the communication tool between the waitstaff and the kitchen in restaurants and bars. The point-of-sale market lacks a product which is both user friendly and efficient for servers in high volume restaurants. I remedied this shortcoming with Mesa.
In my spare time, I create stickers and stationery for my brand The Squeezed Studio, study Spanish, and push myself in the gym.
